A bit about me? Well, I love the gym, the ocean (or any water for that matter), animals, and love my daily long walks on the river, it's where my best ideas happen - and this is exactly how the idea for Careers Refined was born...

How did I end up here? With over 15 years across HR, recruitment, and people management in mining, oil and gas, insurance, government, and healthcare, I've spent my career helping organisations and individuals navigate some of their most complex moments.

I hold a degree in Psychology and worked as a counsellor for a few years before completing a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources. I've worked in senior HR roles, navigated redundancy myself, and built businesses from scratch. That combination of corporate experience and entrepreneurial reality is exactly what I bring to every client.​​​​​
